Rent & Fees
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay online with a checking account or credit card here. You can also mail in money orders or personal checks to our P.O. Box. Please do not mail cash. Mailed rental payments must be received on or before the 1st of the month.
Finally, you are also able go into any Chase bank and make a deposit directly into Sierrita Properties's bank account. To view a sample deposit slip and instructions, click here.

When is rent due?
On or before the first of the month.
What happens if my rent is late?
A late charge of 10% of your rent will apply after the 5th of the month per your Rental Agreement. You will also be served with a 5 day notice to pay all rents due, including late charges, or eviction proceedings will begin.
If I have a dispute can I withhold rent until it is resolved?
Lawfully, no.
Leasing
Can I smoke in the house or garage?
No.
What is your pet policy?
Pets may be conditionally approved by the landlord. If approved, there is a $300 pet deposit for the first pet and a $100 deposit for each additional pet. Upon move-out and subject to property damages, pet deposits are potentially fully refundable.
Are any utilities included in the rent?
No, unless otherwise stated.
What do I do to hold a property and take it off the market?
We will continue accepting rental applications until a full security deposit is received. If you would like to hold a property, subject to rental application approval, you may put down the security deposit. If your rental application is later denied, your security deposit will be fully refunded.
